3. For subscribers of the Prepaid system and Corporate clients of the Corporate VIP, Individual and Businessman categories of the Postpaid system, activation and management of packages in roaming are available via the USSD command *155#.

4. Subscribers and clients of the business segment, to activate packages, must contact the Company's business segment subscriber service department in writing.

5. For correct operation of packages in roaming, if the Internet session is active at the time of activation, it is necessary to interrupt the session, connect the package and after successful activation of the package, resume the session.

6. Make sure that the package is assigned successfully using USSD *155# or in the Ucell mobile application. If the package is not activated, the Internet and calls will be charged according to the zonal roaming tariff. In these cases, the Company does not recalculate for the services rendered.

7. Call limits are available only in the networks of the specified operators. In case of switching to another operator, calls will be charged according to the zonal roaming tariff.

8. Packages are assigned for 14 days from the moment of connection without auto-renewal. After the end of the term, the remaining MB and minutes will be reset to zero.

9. When the package is active, the Internet above the limit is blocked. To unblock the Internet above the limit, you need to deactivate the package in roaming.

10. When the package is disconnected, further tariffing for the Internet and for calls in roaming will be carried out according to the zonal tariffing in roaming.

11. Activation of the package is not possible if the subscriber has an active International Automatic Roaming service.

12. When activating a package, if the subscriber has active Internet packages in roaming, unlimited Internet in roaming or the “Always in touch” package, as well as packages from the current family, then these packages are deactivated, the limits within the services/packages are reset to zero.

13. Packages are not available on the following tariff plans of the Postpaid and Prepaid systems: the M2M tariff line, Tourist, Gigaman and Gigaman BN, Mib S.

14. Packages can only be activated if the subscriber has sufficient funds on the account.

15. The quota of billable information in the presence of MB within the framework of Internet packages in roaming for all subscribers is 16 KB.
