The advance will be provided for a period of 3 to 60 days*. Upon expiration of the term, the amount of debt for the service will be automatically debited from the subscriber's account. If at the time of writing off the funds on the subscriber's account there are not enough, then a negative balance will be formed on the account.

When choosing an individual amount, the term of the advance payment depends on the selected amount and the system scoring.
Important! Additional terms of service will be introduced in stages and will not be available to all users at once.
At the moment of accrual of the advance payment, the amount of the commission for the service will be immediately withheld. Thus, the subscriber's account will be credited with an amount equal to: advance payment minus the service fee.
| When replenishing the subscriber number balance, the outstanding debt for the “Mobile advance” and “Internet advance” services will be written off first. Only after the debt for the “Mobile advance” and “Internet advance” services has been repaid, expenses for other services will be covered (a possible limitation on expenses for other services is no more than 5 minutes from the moment of balance replenishment. This limitation only affects subscribers who have debt within the above mentioned services). |

How it works:
Funds received through "Mobile Advance" are treated as a regular account top-up. All automatic debits (subscription fees, subscriptions, etc.) occur as usual, according to the terms of the tariff plan.

FAQ
To use the service dial: *911# in the response menu, select item 1 – “Get Mobile Advance”. Wait for the system to respond with the advance amounts available to you. Confirm the amount you need. Wait for an SMS confirming that you have activated the service. The balance is replenished as soon as you receive a confirmation SMS.
The “Mobile advance” service will be provided for a period of 3 to 60 days*. The period is determined for each subscriber individually.

Upon expiration of the “Mobile advance”, the remaining debt is fully written off from the subscriber's account. If at the time of writing off the funds there are insufficient funds on the subscriber's account, then a negative balance will be formed on the account and the subscriber's number will go into the “Blocked” status. In case of formation of a negative balance, the subscriber will not be able to receive a new advance until he/she tops up the balance by an amount equal to the amount of the formed negative balance (formed negative balance within the framework of debt repayment for the “Mobile advance” service.) You can check the amount of debt by sending a USSD request to *912#.
“Mobile advance” is provided with automatic deduction of the service fee from the amount of the advance provided at the time of its receipt. If at the time of charging the service fee, the subscriber's balance is less than 0 UZS, then the fee will be charged upon the next balance replenishment - when the subscriber's balance is greater than 0 UZS.

“Mobile Advance” service parameters are calculated individually for each subscriber:
• Available advance amount: from 4,000 to 300,000 UZS
• Validity period: from 1 to 30 days
• Service fee: from 2,000 to 150,000 UZS
How is the maximum amount and validity period calculated?
• The system automatically analyzes your past communication service usage and determines the available limit and validity period based on this.
• The amount of limit and validity period may change (increase or decrease) depending on your activity.
Regular balance top-ups and timely repayments of advance payments increase your possible limit in the future.
If you are not satisfied with the proposed options, you can manually select an amount within the available range:

2. In the menu, select: → Item 3 "Other amount"
3. Enter the desired advance payment amount (within the available limit)
Automatic repayment
After the expiration of the term, the entire outstanding amount will be automatically debited from your account.
Early repayment
If you want to repay your payment early, simply top up your account with the amount of the advance payment. For example, if you borrowed 10,000 UZS, top up your account with 10,000 UZS.
How to check the debt?

Check your debt regularly (*912# → 📞) to keep track of your spending.

• The system will automatically debit the monthly fee or service subscription if it's time to debit
• Can be spent on communication and internet immediately

The “Mobile Advance” service is provided only if all the following conditions are met:
The service is available only to Prepaid subscribers in the “Active” status and at the first stage of the “Blocked1” (during the initial transition to the “Blocked” status, if there are insufficient funds in the account at the time the monthly subscription fee is charged or there is a negative balance).
• The system automatically analyzes your past communication service usage and determines the cost based on this.
• The service fee may change (increase or decrease) depending on the refund history of previously issued advances.
The “Mobile Advance” is provided with a validity period and an automatic deduction of the service fee from the advance amount at the time of receipt.
Example: Advance amount: 20,000 UZS Validity period: 5 days Service fee: 2,000 UZS (debited immediately)
What the subscriber will receive: → Balance credit: 20,000 UZS (advance) – 2,000 UZS (fee) = 18,000 UZS
What needs to be returned within 5 days → Due in 5 days: 20,000 UZS (initial advance amount)
After 5 days:
• 20,000 UZS will be automatically debited (advance payment refund)
• If funds are insufficient, the balance will go into negative balance, and the Company's services will be suspended until the balance is replenished.
We recommend you to replenish your balance in a timely manner to avoid accumulating debt.
The maximum amount of the “Mobile Advance” is determined automatically by the system and depends on the volume of consumption of communication services over the last 90 days. Available advance amounts are indicated upon connection and can change both up and down.
The “Mobile Advance” is repaid automatically when you top up your account.
If you want to repay the payment early, simply top up your account with the amount of the arrears.

The amount of the advance and the fee for the “Mobile Advance” service is calculated for each subscriber individually and depends on the following conditions:
Funds received via “Mobile Advance” cannot be used for transfer to other subscribers. Funds received using the “Mobile Advance” service are analogous to a regular replenishment of a subscriber account. As a result, any immediate actions of the system that are conditioned by payment (writing off the monthly subscription fee for a tariff plan, services, etc.) will be carried out in accordance with the terms of tariffs and services.
For example, a Subscriber has access to a mobile advance of 10 300 UZS with a validity period of 5 days, with a service fee of 1 180 UZS. As a result, the Subscriber will receive 9 120 UZS (10 300 UZS – 1 180 UZS) on the balance for 5 days, while the Subscriber's debt will be 10 300 UZS.
Upon expiration of the validity period of the “Mobile advance”, the remaining debt is fully debited from the subscriber's account (which did not repay the debt before the expiration date). In case of formation of a negative balance, the subscriber will not be able to receive a new advance payment until he replenishes the balance in an amount equal to the amount of the formed negative balance (formed negative balance as part of repayment of debt on the “Mobile advance” service. You can check the amount owed by sending a USSD request to the number *912#).
When the fee for a previously received advance is charged under the terms of the “Mobile Advance” service, and there are insufficient funds in the subscriber’s account, the balance will become negative. Services will be suspended until the balance is topped up and the account returns to active status.
“Mobile advance” service
The amount and validity period of the advance payment, as well as the fee for the “Mobile advance” service, are calculated individually for each subscriber and depend on the following conditions:
• how long the subscriber has been using the Company’s services;
• how often and how much to replenish the balance;
• how often and for what amount does he connect and repay on time the “Mobile advance”
or “Internet advance” issued earlier.

If the subscriber does not make a refund before the expiration of the “Mobile advance”, then the amount of debt generated may create a negative balance on the subscriber's account and the subscriber's number will switch to the “Blocked” status.
