Caller Identity Restriction (CLIR)

You can manage "Caller Identity Restriction" service using *311# USSD command.

After a successful request to connect the service, the phone number will be hidden by default. You will then be able to turn the service on and off at any time in the menu of your mobile phone. In this case, the subscription fee will be charged until a USSD request is made to deactivate the service.

If the “Caller Identity Restriction” service is activated on your phone and you want your number to be identified when calling another subscriber (for example, your friend), use the following method of calling:

*31#XXXXXXXXX or *31#+9989YXXXXXXX, where XXXXXXXXX – number of cell phone you are dialing.

If the “Caller Identity Restriction” service is activated, but it is disabled in the phone settings, use the following call method to hide your phone number:

#31#XXXXXXXXX or #31#+9989YXXXXXXX. Where XXXXXXXXX – called number.

Service management

Daily option of “Caller Identity Restriction” service is not available for subscribers of “Doimiy”, “Sof” ,"Katta Doimiy", "Bor" tariff lines,  "Foydali 45",  "Foydali 55" ,“Start 10” and  “Ovoz 15” tariff plans.

All functions of the service can be controlled through a single USSD menu: *111*2*6#

Please note that the secret number will be fully displayed in the detailed report of the subscriber you are calling.

Within “We appreciate you!” loyalty program “Caller identity restriction” service with a discount in the full price is available to subscribers with the status:

• “Valuable”, being in Ucell network for 3 years and more;

• “Honorable”, being in Ucell network for 3 years and more;

• “Respectable”, being in Ucell network for 1 year and more.

The 30-day option of “Caller Identity Restriction” service is mutually exclusive with the daily option of the “Caller Identity Restriction” service. Thus, in order to activate the 30-day option, you must first deactivate the daily option of the service. The 30-day option of “Caller Identity Restriction” service does not have an automatic renewal function, therefore, at the end of the period of use, the service will be deactivated.

For subscribers of the “Doimiy”, “Sof” tariff lines and the “Start 10”, “Ovoz 15” tariff plans, the 30-day option of “Caller Identity Restriction” service is assigned with the automatic assignment function.
