1. You can use the services “Caller identity restriction”, “Without queue”, SMS-packages, daily SMS-packages and other services of the program without preferential conditions and discounts provided by “We appreciate you!” loyalty program when these services and campaigns are activated in the usual way (not via USSD-menu *136#).
2. When activating free “Caller identity restriction” service via *136# USSD menu as part of “We appreciate you!” loyalty program paid “Caller identity restriction” service is deleted if it was previously activated.
3. From 20th of October, 2022 "Caller Identity Restriction" service within the loyalty program "We appreciate you!" is connected with auto renewal and will be kept till the moment of self-disconnection.
4. When buying daily SMS packages with additional limits within “We appreciate you!” loyalty program, the usual daily SMS packages are deleted, and unused bonus SMS are saved until the end of their validity period, and vice versa, when you buy regular daily SMS packages SMS packages at a discount as part of the loyalty program “We appreciate you!” are deleted, and unused bonus SMS are saved until the end of their validity period.
5. You can activate up to two SMS packages at a discount within “We appreciate you!” loyalty program and two regular SMS packages.
6. All weekly internet packages within the loyalty program "We appreciate you!" are provided with automatic assignment every 7 days. Auto-assignment function can be deactivated with call to *136*1*2*1*2*4*1#.
7. Privileges within the loyalty program “We appreciate you!” are provided to subscribers of all tariff plans of Prepaid system who are physical persons.
8. For the subscribers of “Honorable” and “Respectable” statuses: to take advantage of loyalty program, the subscribers should pay monthly fee.
9. Due to update of “We appreciate you!” loyalty program, from July 18, 2019, “Try more” campaign via USSD request *136# is no more available. SMS notification about this campaign also disabled.
10. When activating "You've got a call" service within "We appreciate you!" loyalty program, "Notify about me!" service is not available for activation.
11. "You've" got a call service can be disabled via the request *350#.
12. The terms of services for which a discount is provided as part of the "We appreciate you" loyalty program, remain unchanged.
13. Prices are inclusive of taxes.
14. From February 10, 2020, all monthly internet packages within the loyalty program "We appreciate you!" are provided with automatic assignment every 30 days. Auto-assignment function can be deactivated with call to *555*3*10*1#.
15. When switching to Katta Doimiy, Doimiy TL and “Ovoz”, “Internet 60”, “Start ” tariff plans the following conditions will apply:
After switching to TL Katta Doimiy, Doimiy and TP “Ovoz”, “Internet 60”, “Start ”, the balance of the Internet traffic limit activated before the transition to TL Katta Doimiy, Doimiy and TP “Ovoz”, “Internet 60”, “Start ” will not be extended with a new “Monthly internet package for Doimiy, Ovoz, Internet 60 and Start ” within the “We appreciate you!” loyalty program.
If the subscriber had an active Internet package before switching to the Katta Doimiy, Doimiy TL and the “Ovoz”, “Internet 60”, “Start ” TPs, then the conditions for it remain until the Internet package is independently turned off, the new “Monthly Internet package for Katta Doimiy, Doimiy, Sof, Ovoz, Internet 60 and Start ” or a new Internet package within the “We appreciate you!” loyalty program is activated at your own request.
16. Monthly internet packages for the “Katta Doimiy”, “Doimiy”, “Sof” lines as part of “We appreciate you!” loyalty program are also available on “Start ”, “Ovoz”, “Internet 60” tariff plans. The terms of Monthly internet packages for “Katta Doimiy”, “Doimiy”, “Sof” TL and “Start ”, “Ovoz”, “Internet 60” tariff plans can be found on the page.
