  • As part of the service, when viewing OVVA TV content, Internet traffic is not consumed from the current Internet packages within the tariff;
  • If during the trial period the Subscriber disconnects from the service, the remaining and unused days are not saved and the trial period is considered completed. In case of reconnection to the service, the fee for the connected service starts from the date of connection.
  • Unlimited and non-tariffed traffic is provided after successful payment of the subscription fee (as well as when connecting a trial subscription period).
  • Ucell mobile subscriber can connect 5 devices at the same time to one phone number: a smartphone, tablet or computer.
  • The daily subscription is valid until 23:59:59 on the day of payment.
  • trial subscription period is available only for OVVA TV, OVVA TV Plus and OVVA KinoMax subscriptions.
  • Daily subscription fee is charged every day between 00:00 and 06:00. A 30-day subscription is charged on 31st day between 00:00 and 06:00.
  • To avoid wasting Internet traffic after connecting the service, you must end the Internet session by disabling mobile data, then enable the Internet session again.
  • To avoid incorrect spending of funds, the service should only be used after receiving the corresponding SMS about the activation and successful deduction of funds for the respective service
  • If the subscription fee is successfully charged, the subscription will be assigned with a validity period of one or 30 days (depending on the subscription type) from the moment it is assigned. If there are insufficient funds in the personal account to automatically assign a subscription, the subscription will automatically go into a pending payment state and will be automatically renewed the next day or 30 days (depending on the type of subscription) as soon as the subscriber's account has sufficient funds to pay for it. In this case, the subscription period, upon successful debiting of the monthly fee, will be set from the moment of the last assignment.
  • After the paid subscription is deactivated, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. However, when watching TV channels, internet traffic will be charged as regular internet traffic.
  • To watch OVVA TV online, you need access to the Internet.
  • When using OVVA TV through proxy servers, VPN or intermediary sites, the cost of traffic is paid according to the cost of Ucell-Internet under the terms of the tariff plan, or traffic is debited from the balance of the existing Internet package provided to all destinations;
  • OVVA TV service is available both via Ucell mobile network Internet and in the networks of any other operator or Internet provider, as well as via any Wi-Fi. Payment for Internet traffic of another operator or Internet provider will be taken into account according to its terms.
  • OVVA TV service is available to Prepaid and Postpaid system subscribers only in active status;
  • OVVA TV service is available only in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • The service is provided in collaboration with the content partner LLC "OVVA."
  • Within the OVVA TV service, only one type of subscription can be active at a time for each package — daily, monthly, or trial subscription period.

Method 1:

  1. Install and log in to the Ucell application, log in (enter your phone number and confirm the login with a password from SMS).
  2. After authorization, in the “Services” section you will have access to all subscriptions available on the service.
  3. Read the terms and conditions and click the button to connect.
  4. For your convenience, the subscription must be activated once, then it will be automatically renewed every day or 30 days depending on the selected subscription type.

 

Method 2:

  1. Install and log in to the OVVA application, log in (enter your phone number and confirm the login with a password from SMS).
  2. In the OVVA app. Click on the channel or movie with the “lock”, after the offer to connect a subscription, select the desired one in the “Subscriptions” list.
  3. Read the terms and conditions and click the button to connect.
  4. For your convenience, the subscription must be activated once, then it will be automatically renewed every day or 30 days depending on the selected subscription type.

 

Method 3:

Use the website ovva.uz.

 

The subscription can be disabled:

  • in the Ucell mobile application in the “Services” section.
  • in the OVVA mobile app in the “Subscriptions” section.

In case of deactivation of a paid or trial subscription, automatic renewal and debiting of the subscription fee within the service ceases.


Important!

When you delete the application, the service is not automatically disabled.

Connecting a trial subscription is available only once for each subscriber.

Also, if you disable the trial subscription before its expiration date, reconnecting the trial subscription will not be available.

To enable automatic renewal of a subscription, you must disable the corresponding subscription.

We recommend checking your device settings. To do this, open your device's system settings and do the following:

  • for SD 360 channels - speed 0.6 Mbit/sec
  • for SD 540 channels - speed 1.9 Mbit/sec
  • for HD 720 channels - speed 4.3 Mbit/sec

No, access to content from abroad is limited due to the requirements of copyright holders.

 

Will I be automatically charged for my subscription if I don't have enough funds in my account?

 No, in this case the write-off will not occur.

 

How to bind an additional device?

While the “Blocking of Additional Services” service is active, it is not possible to subscribe to the “OVVA” and “Yandex” services or activate the “Voicemail for All” service.
