My roaming

1. The “My Roaming” service provides you with 1 GB of internet in roaming, once you reach the threshold of 50 000 UZS for internet expenses in roaming. 

2. The service is automatically activated daily for 24 hours from the moment of the first use of Internet traffic in roaming in the network of the operators specified in the list below. 

3. When your internet expenses reach 50 000 UZS, you will receive a free 1 GB internet package until the end of the “My Roaming” service.

4. The limit within the package (1 GB) is not cumulative and expires at the end of the “My Roaming” service.

5. The service period is set to 24 hours from the first attempt to use the Internet in roaming. For example,

- You started using the Internet while roaming at 9:00 (GT+5);

- At 13:00 (GT+5) you spent the threshold amount of 50 000 UZS on the Internet;

- At 13:00 (GT+5) you will be assigned a 1 GB internet package, which will be valid until 9:00 (GT+5) the next day. 

6. The service is assigned once within 24 hours when trying to use the Internet, only in the event of the expiration of the previous active “My Roaming” service.

7. The 50 000 UZS limit only covers internet costs. Costs for other services are not included and are paid separately.

8. The service is activated by default, but internet consumption is not counted if you have active internet packages in roaming, such as “Internet packages worldwide” and “Internet packages in neighboring countries”, the “Unlimited Internet 2.0” service, “M2M packages in roaming”, the “Always in touch” package, packages within the “Holidays in Türkiye” service, as well as mixed packages for different countries.

9. Once the allocated 1 GB limit is reached, the Internet will be charged according to the zonal roaming tariff.

10. The quota for charged traffic, if there are MB within the Internet package, is 1 KB.

11. Prices include VAT.
