Tariff plans are available only for a new connection or when swapping within the campaign.
• On tariff plans of the "Wished Number" promotion, the subscriber number automatically switches to blocked status with a balance of 0 sum, in which it can be for a maximum of 60 days. If, after 60 days from the moment of blocking, the subscriber number has not been transferred to the "Active" status, the contract for the provision of cellular radiotelephone communication services in the COSCOM LLC network with the subscriber is terminated unilaterally. At the same time, the first ten days after blocking, the subscriber has free incoming calls and SMS.
• The cost of incoming calls on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is not charged, except for incoming calls from paid services.
• The monthly subscription fee will be debited once a month from the date of successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan. The date of debiting the next monthly subscription fee will be the date of the last successful debiting of the subscription fee according to the tariff plan.
For example:
• if monthly subscription fee was debited on the 24th, then the next monthly subscription fee will be debited on the 24th of the next month.
• if the subscription fee was debited on the 31st, and next month is 30 days, then the next subscription fee will be debited on the 30th, or on the 28/29 of February.
• Monthly tariff limits are assigned only after the monthly subscription fee for the current period is debited. The validity period of monthly limits provided within the tariff plan will be 1 month from the date of appointment. The rest of the unused limits on the tariff plan (if available) becomes unavailable in the new period. Monthly limits are available to subscribers only in active status. In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within the tariff plan, we recommend that you first check the assignment of the limits for minutes, SMS and Internet traffic using USSD requests * 102 # and * 103 #. Before setting the limits, calls, SMS and Internet are charged at the prices of a specific tariff plan, indicated above the limit.
Pay attention:
• Limits, assigned within the terms of tariff plan for the current monthly period, are available for use until the subscription fee is charged on the set date for the next monthly period. After subscription fee charging on the set date and assigning limits for a new period, the previous limits become unavailable. If the monthly subscription fee for the new period was not charged on the set date (taking into account a positive balance of subscriber`s number), the limits assigned after the last charge of monthly subscription fee will be available until 05:59:59.
• If at the time of charging the monthly subscription fee the subscriber`s number is in a blocked status, then the monthly subscription fee will not be charged. The monthly subscription fee will be charged IMMEDIATELY after the subscriber`s number switches to active status. After monthly subscription fee is charged, limits will be assigned within the subscriber's tariff plan. Further, the monthly subscription fee will be charged according to the new monthly period of the subscriber, i.e. the subsequent write-off of the subscription fee under the tariff plan will take place within 1 month from the date of the last successful write-off of the subscription fee under the tariff plan.
• If at the time of charging the monthly subscription fee there are not enough funds on the balance to write off the subscription fee, then the monthly subscription fee is debited once in full, while the subscriber's balance becomes negative and the monthly limits provided for by the tariff are assigned in full. The limits become available after the subscriber`s number switches to active status.
• Calls to infotainment services and international destinations aren’t supposed to consume minutes provided within the limits of the tariff plan.
• Loyalty program "We appreciate you!" is available for subscribers of the "Wished number" promotion.
• Subscribers of the tariff plans of this promotion have access to the “Easy exchange” service via USSD request * 757 # and the “Internet gift” service via USSD request * 979 #
• The limits provided within the tariff plans are not available for subscribers in roaming.
• For subscribers of all tariff plans of this promotion "Number storage" service is not available.
• Subscribers of TP “Special 35 BN”, “Special 45 BN”, “Special 55 BN”, “Special 70 BN”, “Special 80 BN”, “Special 100 BN”, “Special 125 BN” also don’t have access for assigning services (as subscribers of tariff plans “Special 35”, “Special 45”, “Special 55”, “Special 70”, “Special 80”, “Special 100”, “Special 125”);
• Subscribers of TP "Special 35+ BN", "Special 55+ BN", "Special 80+ BN", "Special 125+ BN" also don’t have access for assigning services (as subscribers of tariff plans "Special 35+", "Special 55+ "," Special 80+ "," Special 125+ ").
• The rest of unlimited minutes within Uzbekistan received within “Special 55 BN”, “Special 70 BN”, “Special 80 BN”, “Special 100 BN”, “Special 125 BN”, “Special 55+ BN”, “Special 80+ BN”, “Special 125+ BN” tariff plans are not available after changing the tariff plan to another available tariff plan.
• Subscribers of tariff plans of “Wished number” campaign can switch to tariff plans within the campaign and to other tariff plans (if the conditions of the campaign are fulfilled), as well as check the status of fulfillment of the conditions by requesting *120#
• From November 1, 2021, the validity period of the monthly limits provided under the Desired Number promotion is 1 month instead of the previous monthly cycle (32 days);
