When activating your SIM card, you can independently select a tariff plan, review its terms and conditions, verify the accuracy of the selected information, and activate it. For citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the connection kit fee of UZS 15,000 is credited to the subscriber's balance as an advance payment upon SIM card activation. For foreign citizens (non-residents), the connection kit fee is not credited to the subscriber's balance. The Ucell mobile application is available on iOS version 15.0 and above, and Android version 6.0 and above.
