If you have lost your SIM card, the PIN/PUK code was entered incorrectly and the SIM card was blocked, have used the eSIM QR code 10 times, lost or damaged the sheet with the eSIM profile QR code, Ucell provides the “SIM card replacement” service. You need to contact one of Ucell offices located in your city to use the service. In this case, the previous number and additional Company services you use will be retained. Contacts are not transferred to the new SIM card.
