Use the SIM/eSIM Replacement service if you: have lost your SIM card; entered the PIN or PUK code incorrectly and your SIM card has been blocked; have used your eSIM QR code 10 times; have lost or damaged the sheet containing your eSIM profile QR code; want to replace your physical SIM card with an eSIM while keeping your current phone number. What Will Be Preserved After the replacement, you will keep: your phone number; your tariff plan; all activated services. Please note: Contacts stored on a physical SIM card are not transferred to a new SIM card or an eSIM profile. How to Get the Service To replace your SIM card with a new SIM card or an eSIM, visit any Ucell Sales and Service Office in person and complete identity verification. Accepted Identity Documents You can present any of the following valid documents: ID card of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan; biometric passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan; driver's license of the Republic of Uzbekistan; foreign passport; residence permit; stateless person's ID; international passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan; military ID; accreditation card; student ID; pension certificate; government employee ID; Certificate (Form No. 9) issued by the internal affairs authorities in case of passport loss; or the electronic version of any of the above documents in the MyGov application with biometric verification (Face ID). For Postpaid Subscribers If your SIM card has been lost, we recommend contacting the Ucell Information and Support Service immediately: (+998 93) 180-0000 / 181-0000 Please provide: your phone number; the subscriber's full name; your access code. After your information has been verified, your SIM card will be blocked to prevent unauthorized use.

To verify your identity: scan your identity document; complete biometric verification using your device's camera. Verification for Foreign Citizens To verify your identity: scan the photo page of your passport; complete biometric verification using your device's camera.

Choosing a Phone Number

Accepted Answer

When registering a new number, you can choose: a free phone number; a paid Premium Number . The Premium Number fee is charged once upon activation and depends on the selected category. You can also use the Preferred Number service. The price of your selected number is displayed directly in the Ucell mobile app during registration. Choosing a Tariff Plan During registration, you can: choose a suitable tariff plan; review its terms and conditions; check your selected options; activate your eSIM. The Ucell mobile app is available for devices running iOS 15.0 or later and Android 6.0 or later .
